Galaw ai ladat:

1. U lagaw lamyin ni hpe zendau/nhtu hte di kau ga. Ngut yang kashin nna hka jen kau ga.

Kachin Sour Spicy Yummy Chicken Feet

Kachin sour spicy chicken feet
Ingredients:
  • 15-20 chicken feet
  • 2 slice of dried Garcinia cambogia fruit(chopped)
  • Grate or finely mince 1-2 chili
  • Grate or finely mince 2-3 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup finely-chopped fresh laksa leaves
  • ginger juice
  • salt

Instructions:

1. Cut off the nails with scissors or a knife. Wash and squeeze out all the water.
2. In a pan, add ginger juice,salt and chicken feet. 
3. Cover with lip and cook until chicken feet is tender.
    This will take a long time and if the water dries out, add more water.
    (If you have a pressure cooker you can use for faster cook).
4. When chicken feet tender, add chopped dried Garcinia cambogia fruit and stir for 5 mins until the sauce gets thicken.
5.Taste it and add salt if you need to.
6. And then,add Grate or finely mince 1-2 chili, Grate or finely mince 2-3 garlic cloves and ½ cup finely-chopped fresh laksa leaves to the pan and mix well and Stir for about 3 minutes.
7. Put cooked chicken feet on the place and serve immediately.
