Ingredients:
- 3- 4 pounds pork ribs
- 3 handful dried bamboo shoot
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 3 red mince chili
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- szechuan pepper /coriander seeds(optional)
- ginger juice
- salt
- 1 handful sliced coriander leave (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients in a pot and mix well to soak pork rib in other ingrediants (important).
2. It is best to let it in the fridge for at least 20
minutes.
3. Cover with lip and cook it until the water of pork dries
out.
4. Add 1 bowl of water and let it cook for about 15 to 20
minutes on medium heat until all water
dries out.
5. When pork cook well ,turn off burner
and add sliced coriander leave.
6. Your Kachin Pork Rib & Dried Bamboo shoot curry is
ready. Serve with steamed rice.
(If you have a banana leave, you can pack the curry with the
banner leave and leave for 5 mins before serve with steamed rice)
